I've made several attempts since 7/16 to get in contact with these people - emailed on 3 separate occasions, called as late as today 7/22 still no response. Hopefully this will get their attention... If so, then I'll revise.

she is C.R.A.P.! very unproffesional and causes people to lose cases and their children BEWARE! she is a terrible defense if any at all and basically lets the client lose and advises the client to just lose I would give 0 stars but google doesnt allow that.

I had Linda as an ad litem to a custody case. It didn't seem like she took the case very seriously and I lost. I feel like court could have gone very differently had I been allowed to submit my evidence of parental alienation, evidence of my daughter's step mothers arrest record including battery and violence, and evidence that the child "therapist" that was sought out by my ex was actually very biased and was ill informed on many aspects on the case that we were going through, including whom my daughter was talking about in her sessions, her lack of a. Interview from both parents and her lack of knowledge about the situation.

Linda had only spoken to me once since she was assigned to me and didn't seem to very very prepared of knowledgeable about my case. If she was more competent as an attorney, I'm sure this whole case could have gone differently, or in any case I would have been able to say what I wanted to say before this woman decided to stop me and get me all worked up in the middle of court.

I dont suggest this "attorney" for anything. If youre looking to lose whatever case you're paying her for, be my guest. I am and will refuse to pay for her services... or rather lack there of.

This is in response to Holly Kendall's response to me- I have rescued dogs and also have a cat- so I do love cats!!! My meeting with Linda Tomlin was not about cats- it was regarding her representation of my mother NOT cats!!! I am assuming this is a response to try to cover up the TOTAL UNPROFESSIONALISM LINDA TOMLIN showed to me and my family! Should I send you or Linda our dry cleaning bills!!!

very disappointed with the representation of Linda! My first meeting with Linda involved cats sitting in my lap, in my wife's lap, in my daughter's lap and even curled up in my briefcase!!! Finally Linda stopped the meeting and removed the CATS!!! Linda did not spell my name correctly on a court document- on the same page she spelled it incorrect that spelling both times were different on the same page and those spellings were incorrect!!! I find that very insulting and very unprofessional!!! Her recommendations for a solution was very questionable since she wanted to keep someone in charge who was doing very questionable dealings with finances!!!
