They worked my case out of state and got it reduced. Couldn't ask for more, well maybe quicker communication but ‍♀️

I hired railey and railey for a traffic case almost a month prior to my court date and paid them immediately. I asked to speak with the lawyer about my case and was never able. My court date was September 4th. I have called multiple times to find out the results of my case and have yet to receive an answer. I'm really not sure what I paid for. Every time I call I'm told the lawyer is in court or isn't in the office. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for representation.

Having worked with Edward Railey for several years as his website and marketing vendor I knew he was good at what he does, especially with Traffic cases. When I received an unfair trial in Suffolk and exercised my right to appeal I decided to flip the script and utilize Railey & Railey's legal services. Not only did Edward get the bogus charges dismissed but I was literally in and out before I could even take a seat. Quick, easy, and painless.

The lady who is the secretary is rude. Hung up in my face when I told her we found someone else to represent us.

I am a professional truck driver of 20 years and always kept a clean driving record. However, in 2016 I was in a car accident (not in my rig) my car was totaled. It was dark at 6 am and had to cross a four lane to make a left turn from a side street. I was looking left to right and back again, then out of nowhere a car and my car collided. It was an automatic failure to yield. How did I fail to yield when I was stopped and looking and out of nowhere I collided with the other vehicle?? That's what the cop said and I was doomed to have this on my DMV record and my positive points taken off. My insurance lady said on my voicemail that the other guy saw me coming out but that I didn't see him (but he allowed himself to be in an accident??) made no sense so I decided to get a lawyer because of what the insurance lady said left on my voicemail. It took some months but these lawyers had that failure to yield dismissed. I was so happy and in disbelief because that's very hard to do but these guys did it for me! Yay! I recommend them and I'll use them again if I have any problems like that (which I hope to God I don't) in the future.

I called this firm and left a detailed message concerning the property that I own in Sussex County. I was told that a lawyer would return my call within a day or two, NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL AS PROMISED. I called again, two months later and asked the lady who answered the phone (Ann, Lisa or Edith) as she would not give me her name, if this firm handled the type of issue I was inquiring about. All she kept saying was " I DON'T KNOW, someone will call you, I DON'T KNOW, etc."
Her LAZY, APATHETIC tone was not only frustrating, but made me realize that this is the type of person I would be dealing with IF the attorney decided to return my call. SO......I thought I would give her one more opportunity to hold on to a client. I asked her how long should I wait for a call back, a day, a week.....what should I expect? Her response, again, was "I DON'T KNOW. " I then said " It doesn't sound like your law firm is interested in my business, I suppose I should go ahead and contact another attorney." Her response was "OKAY, WHATEVER." I should not have to beg a person who gets paid to answer the phone and take messages to be nice to me, public relations is part of the job. Lady, if you hate your job that much, quit! You're making the firm you represent look like a bunch of idiots, not to mention yourself.

Very professional. I got a ticket for speeding using a moving Radar for 13 over the speed limit. I know there was a problem as i was not going that fast...it was either the problem with moving radar machine or something was wrong. Mr Railey represented my case and the case was adjudicated for defective speedometer . I got no points and no moving violation.

I will highly recommend services of Mr Railey and Railey for any traffic tickets. They really know what they are doing. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Railey team for helping my case.
