Class A. All about business. I would highly recommend Mr. Henderson if you're looking for quality representation and if you can afford his fees. It could be pricey but you get what you pay for; for important matters that impact the rest of my life money was not an issue. I retained Arnold as my lawyer for two cases because one of my family members had referred him I was going through a custody matter and I wanted a good lawyer to represent me I gave Arnold the dates of my court date and a day before that date he stated he had prior engagements and wasn't able to go so instead sent a letter asking the judge for a continuance two months had went by and I hadn't heard from him until the day before court he phoned me and asked me how I wanted to pursue things and I told him I wanted full custody he advised against it and said that rarely happens then later on that night I received a voicemail from him stating that he once again would not be able to make it to court and he was sending someone else in his place and left the name of that person I did some researching and found that the particular lawyer he was sending had no background in family law and I phoned him at once and he did not answer so I left a message and stated not to send the man I never held a conversation with him he has no background in family law and to just not come the man showed up the next day anyway I explained to him that I had left a message for Arnold and told him not to send him and I no longer needed his service and I was going to pursue things on my own he said he had to go before the Judge because Arnold had sent a letter promising his appearance in court and would get in trouble if he hadn't then told the judge Arnold went on vacation I have been calling leaving several messages for arnold regarding my retainer it has now been two months and he has not returned not one phone call this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had if this is how he treats all his clients I'm going to advise everyone I know not to do business there I feel so disrespected I mean seriously after two months and you can't return not one phone call it's absurd
