I am pleased with their work in wills and trusts. Prices are competitive.

I was “encouraged” to use this law firm to represent me in the closing of a StyleCraft Home (who provided incentives if you use Parker, Pollard, Wilton, & Peadon).
They were suppose to represent my interest but clearly they could care less about me, the homeowner, as approximately 17 months later Meredith Yoder sent me a letter stating he was representing StyleCraft Homes in their refusal in replacing a roof that within 3 months of purchasing shingles began falling off.
I made many attempts to contact Mr. Yoder but he refused to call back. The letter he sent felt intimidating and utilized bullying tactics stating “StyleCraft has concluded that the shingles and roof are fully compliant with all applicable code requirements”, I was told I could not contact StyleCraft Builders only him (yet he refused to return calls) and was told to “cease and desist”, threatened with “proceeding with a civil cause of action for defamation”.
This has cost me a fortune in time, lost wages, hiring of structural engineers for near 2 years. But to be fair, Mr. Yoder did reach out to me 5 months after sending the letter and ignoring me when someone in his office realized they may have a “Conflict of Interest” Rule 1.9 of Virginia State Bar Professional Guidelines.
This lawyer and law firm had no issue with representing 2 opposing clients nor felt it was a conflict of interest for months but withdrew once I put in an ethics complaint with the Virginia State Board.
I AM SO GRATEFUL I WAS NOT SCARED OFF BY MR. YODER AS MY ROOF IS BEING REPLACED BECAUSE THE COUNTY DETERMINED IT IN FACT DOES NOT PASS CODE WHICH IS NOT WHAT MR. YODER INSINUATED IN HIS LETTER TO ME.

Professional law firm with kind attorneys and staff with years of experience, which shows when representing their clients!
Paula Peaden, either you or your help distroyed my mothers original document. Cutting it up, replacing pages with other stuff, plus taking pages is the most deplorable act I have ever known!

We recently settled a real estate / breach of contract suit with representation by Aubrey Brown. Aubrey made the settlement possible and we are pleased with the final result.
