Took my mother to Peaden. Did not hire just consultation. Peaden took my mothers legal document for copying. On return home found document cut up, pages missing, some other page not belong. The document has been distroyed. Thank you for letting us know never ever recommend you or your law firm ever to anyone!

Fantastic practice.

Their expertise is trust litigation however while I was in the judicial settlement hearing, they didn't know one of the may laws and it affected my case. The litigation lawyer just sat there all day and didn't help or comment. All he did was rack up fees. This was a terrible experience. They had poor communication, they didn't send me everything from the other side. It was a bad experience and I would not recommend them.
