My MiL incurred an issue with ONE rent payment out of almost 2 years of payment. Andthis law firm is representing their client, Colonial Square Apartments in King William. Instead of working WITH her to resolve the first issue EVER, they slap her with legal action within a week of the “late date”.

If you were anything close to a reputable lawyer, you would better advise your clients how to handle their elderly customers. Instead, you, AND Colonial Square, choose to be bottom dwellers. Golf clap, for you and John Hubbard.

This is a scam. They operate illegal business under the guise of a law firm. Practices are unethical, immoral, and illegal. I have no affiliation, just hard witness to this. I personally sit in courthouse (lawyer in training) and watch them continuously get thrown out of court. No judge should take them seriously.

Trying to set up payment plan but wont answer phone calls. Find a different lawyer if you want any money owed to you.

The staff is extremely rude. I don't believe they communicate any if your concerns or settlement request to the apartment complex management.

Rude front staff, represents very shady companies. Unfortunately I would strongly advise against doing business with Solodar & Solodar based on my experience just speaking with representing staff today. Staff needs coaching, and a soul to boot.
