George Gray, III, Esquire with Kerns & Kastenbaum Law, just picked up the ball to help me with a clerical deed error from 2007 (before George’s time) at his firm and I was quite impressed with his commitment to expedite the corrected deed document in a timely manner. George and his paralegal, Danielle demonstrated excellent post-closing customer service with prompt communications to lender and all parties needing resolution to this 12-year-old typo and we had a corrective deed drawn, signed and recorded within 2 business days.
