This firm handled the buyer side on a listing I sold. It is impossible to talk to a human being. Phones are answered with a message and the only option is to leave a voice mail. They don't return calls and they don't respond to emails. They are holding my client's escrow funds hostage. Unbelievable!

I give Michelle Ferris 1 star because it has taken her since august 2015 that i file for a divorce and as today day 23 January 2018 no result my case is still open and all i get when i call her office is she's in court or she is home sick or she is on vacation but going on almost 3 years with no result on my case i think is better if i call the bar association for help
