This review is long long overdue. A huge thank you to your attorney Kevin Briggs. I am not from Norfolk and when Hurricane Dorian came through I flooded my car. Mr. Briggs saw and without hesitation eased into to water with a tow strap and not only towed me out but towed me back home, after he gave me a book and his card. I hope I never need it. But if this is what he does for a stranger I am sure he is and his firm are excellent lawyers or else they should know they have one excellent person there! Thank you so much again.
