I don't know why he has 5 stars here! Robert Neely, procrastinated on my case, was unprepared for court twice so I had no choice but to have it continued. He will state he is going to file a document to help your case but, will never get around to it. He will not return phone calls and it will be difficult to scheduled an appointment . I would not let him represent my Dog. If you check other cites you will learn that he had been sanctioned by the board for misconduct. I wish that I had done more research before I wasted by time and money. No stars!!!!!!!
