They never returned phone call!

Very unprofessional and they are a rip off. RIP OFF. Top the cake the paralegal called and act like she was so concerned and kindly would refund my money because she know I need it just to wait two weeks for a letter with no refund found that funny unnecessary charges Then they have you pay for credit checks which are free. Receptionist act scary and slow. Found them on Craigslist they say scammers are up there and yes Hampton Roads Legal Services Scammers

These ladies are on point!!! I’m not very organized. ‍♀️But they are. Everything we discussed word for word was handle exactly as such. I truly knew I pick the right firm when we met w/trustee. That day I saw several other firms that Did Not have things in order & had cases push back until Nov!

I chose Hampton Roads Legal Services based on the great online reviews! I saw many satisfied customers as well as the quality of the online website. I had general concerns about the bankruptcy process like; can I file? How will it affect my life? Can I recover from this? I was given the roadmap to success by Attorney Pfeiffer and her team and everything was explained to me! Initially, I was really nervous but everyone in the office made me feel welcome and put my mind at ease. My favorite thing about HRLS was how quickly they responded to any questions or issues I had come up during my case.

I recently filed for a divorce and used Hampton Roads Legal Services to do this . Attorney Bradstreet contacted me and went over all the details and the procedure. After that, I was in contact with a para legal named Bridget throughout the process. It was all handled by email except for forms that were notarized which I mailed back to them. Could not have asked for an easier process. I would definitely recommend them!

I decided to hire Hampton Roads Legal Services because of the great online reviews and because I felt like they were the right fit for me. My biggest concern when deciding to file was whether or not HRLS would be able to help me with my bills situation and allow me to get my life back again. My comfort level was excellent in my first consultation! Attorney Bradstreet made me feel right at home and I felt like I could trust her. She had the knowledge and expertise and was able to answer all my questions for me. HRLS treated me like I was the only client they had, and they made me feel like I mattered. I would definitely recommend HRLS to a friend!

HRLS is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend them. I went to another attorney about 2 years ago and they tried to take my money for services that they said were rendered. After proving they weren't I finally received my money back. Since then I was very nervous about finding another lawyer. When I fist spoke with HRLS and had my initial consultation I was sure they were perfect. And I was right! Their staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. From the beginning I was treated with the up most respect. I was always able to get through when calling. They also have the greatest communication!! This place is so unfair! How can a military personnel get legal help for a divorce but not the spouse?! I was told they don't have the means to help me, but helped the service member!

Responding to your post . I went to the office for help. I was told you can't help me. How can yall help a Senior Chief in the military?! We have 4 children and I been a stay at home mom.

I met with attorney Sebastiana and she was literally AMAZING! I had met with 2 attorneys from different offices prior too and I was still very uncomfortable. By the time I got done with Sebastiana I felt so much at ease and was ready to proceed. She was very patient, thorough and answered every question I had in DETAIL!. She sat and listened to every concern I had and let me talk as well. After answering every question, she would ask "Do you have any other questions". The office staff is very friendly and they have amazing cookies. I was very pleased with this office and I am confident that they will be able to meet all my needs effectively.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. I MET WITH EDRIE PFEIFFER, THE MANAGING ATTORNEY. HOW SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS MADE IT EASY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND. AT THAT POINT I KNEW I DIDN'T NEED TO FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY.

I had a great experience with Edrie Pfeiffer, the managing attorney. She understood my needs, was very responsive, and provided a quick resolution to my case!

I didn't know that a lawyer that was appointed GAL was automatically a doctor. She covers for a Judge in Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. If she is your court-appointed run away from her as fast as you can. Work ten jobs if you have to get money to hire your own.

I went in ready to inquire about Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I left out with all the tools to get it done asap. My total process from payment to filing has been about 1 month. The people here take customer service very seriously and it shows.

Great group of people that made my bankruptcy as quick and as stress-free as possible, I will always recommend Hampton Roads Legal Service to anyone going through a bankruptcy.

Upright Law set me up with you,I paid cash for my case initiating your service. At this time I had been unemployed for more than a year, struggling with serious health issues, no health insurance and lost my house to foreclosure, Upright Law repeatedly requested the same paper work and prolonged my case. By the time you finally got around to my case I finally had employment, but even further in debt. My only day off is Thursday and there was no way your firm would accommodate me with a late appointment or a Thursday appointment forcing me to take a day off work without pay (which I can't afford) . At the appointment to sign my paperwork you have the nerve to tell me YOU DON'T HAVE TO REPRESENT ME , due to one of your employees said I spoke to them rudely. Needless to say, no one apologized to me about the delay of my case, the hassles of lost paper work and financial burdens of extra costs for classes that had to be repeated.I would not recommend your firm to others.
