My sister and I contacted Jeremy Forrest at Beavers Law, P.C. to discuss probate issues with our father's Estate. Jeremy was patient with two sisters talking over each other and very fast. He was clear and concise and gave us sound legal advice. When we concluded the meeting, we felt relieved with all the knowledge he imparted on us. I strongly recommend Beavers Law. You will be fortunate to have these folks on your side for any legal issue.

Extremely dissatisfied. Took my money and I never heard from her again. Had to find answer to my questions from someone else.

I spoke with Ms. Shaffer, an attorney practicing at Kristina Beavers' law office. She provided me with an honest consultation at no cost. After our conversation, I felt knowledgeable about my options of how to proceed and achieve my desired result.

I have been very pleased with all of the staff with the law firm. My calls have always been handled very quickly, and the support staff always respectful. My case needed to be transferred from another state, and my child support modified. At my initial consultation, my attorney even advised me that I would be able to handle those issues without having to hire a lawyer. How many attorneys do you know that would give you that kind of advice? I wanted to hire a lawyer to handle it because it involved an ex-spouse that had been very difficult to deal with on these issues. While my case did take longer than expected, this was in no way due to my attorney. The law firm, and my attorney, always kept me up to date on the status of my case, where the hold ups where coming from, and what was being done to resolve any issues. In the end my attorney was able to exceed all of my expectations in the outcome of my case. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for an attorney.

Extremely dissatisfied with service. Charged around $150 per hour for custody/visitation case (not unusual in this area) but then failed to send or procure documentation in a timely manner, did not accurately document or transcribe my requests for legal documentation to be drafted, so that many drafts had to be sent back and forth costing more time and money and generally dragged out a relatively simple negotiation process. Also apparently employed a great deal of personal bias on the side of opposing counsel as established lawyers, rather than respecting my (the client's) wishes, and also verbally insulted me on the phone and inaccurately relayed information between lawyers handling my case. I will never work with them again and if the matter is familial or something you really care about, I advise you to AVOID as you will be met with stalling, standby, or exorbitant fees for little or no results. Case has not even gone to trial yet and after months my "file" of evidence and testimony is almost empty, in spite of requests and payment to subpoena relevant information.
