I met Ms. Ashby Pope a few times in person and sle was very friendly, professional, and cordial. However, i called her office 3 times in 2 sequential weeks and they can't even return a phone call. My faith in correspondence stops here. Obviously understaffed or over worked. Perhaps, have your paralegals tell your callers you're not accepting any cases.
