The law firm has been good to me especially Mr. Swartz. Mr. Goodove handled my personal injury case and did okay. So I referred my girlfriend and the service has been horrible. The secretary and or paralegals are rude and have continuously lied to my girlfriend. The case has been going on for more than a year and should have been open and shut. I'm sorry I referred her.

Mr .Taliferro is No longer the champ like they say I guess maybe because he's getting older he's getting lazy I wouldn't recommend him personally my experience with him wasn't well & I ended up retaining another lawyer after I seen how he doesnt appreciate or value his clients. once u pay him your money it honestly seems like they don't care any more what u say doesn't matter and he definitely won't fight he actually was on his cell phone while I was in court (he went in the hall) while I represented myself mean while the person who I was in court with lawyer was his bestfriend and he basically told me at the last min I would represent my self in low court and he was gonna send my case to high court went on for years I had to retain a new lawyer I wasn't risking the hassle a second time!

Did an initial consultation with Jeffrey Swartz. I was really impressed. I called at 2:30 pm and got scheduled for 3:30 pm. When the consultation began I was blown away by the fact that Mr. Swartz had already done research and was able to tell me details about my matter. He's good...real good. Although I didn't need to retain him, I would if I ever need to. They're pricey, but worth it.

I hired Mr. Taliaferro back in May 2016 for a DUI and a refusal. I had referred many people to him in the past so I thought I would have had a good experience. Need less to say he is not as good as he used to be. My court case went on for a year which ended in me taking a plea. Needless to say he knew nothing about what was going on in my case. Prior to my day in court I had 4 different appointments with him. Each time I met with him he knew nothing more. He hadn't talked to the prosecutor or anyone with the commonwealth that was involved in the case against me. My DUI was because of prescription medication. Through the whole year there was no mention of where my keys were and the day of the case Mr Taliaferro stated they didn't even have the drug report or anything. I have never been in trouble before and I feel he didn't fight for me at all. He suggested I take a plea so I don't go to jail or lose my license behind the refusal. Keep in mind he had my medical records the whole time which stated I was somnolent and incoherent. The day of court is supposably when he found out information. So what was going on through the whole year that my case kept getting continued. After I took the plea is when I found out all the extra expenses I had to pay that went along with the DUI conviction. I wrote him 2 letters explaining that I felt I wasn't represented with his full attention and after 3 weeks I received a letter back basically saying nothing. Worst experience of my life and I wouldn't ever recommend him to anyone again.

If you need a personal injury lawyer, Ms. Beth Ufkes and Mr. Michael Goodove are exceptional lawyers. They are well-versed on all insurances, especially Tri-care. It was nice not to have to worry about medical bills on top of recovering from an accident! They kept us informed, are very knowledgeable and thorough, and did a superb job representing our daughter.
