I had a consultation with one of the lawyers, I can't remember what his first name was but he was an older gentleman. Honestly, he seemed very knowledgeable but he was very rude and condescending. I don't feel as if he was there to help me but more to make me look stupid for not knowing things he felt I should have known. He spoke to me as if I was stupid. I did not appreciate that and would never consider using him or any other lawyer in that practice.

He was my divorce lawyer twice. I recommend him often to friends

It is always difficult when dealing with a strong personality, even more so when one has had to make up their mind to remove themselves from a marriage where one had felt like a victim. Such was my case. I was blessed to have found Mr. Darrell Harding and his staff. I came away from my initial meeting with Mr. Harding feeling safe and confident that he would be my strength and advocate. Darrell Harding was top notch!!!! He promptly returned calls, paid attention to the details of my case and was by my side every step of the way. This process was difficult for me and he eased stress which came with going through a divorce and custody battle. I came out on top despite my husband's defamatory and manipulative ways.
I strongly recommend using Darrell if you are undergoing this exhausting process.

Called for a consult regarding a show cause I was found guilty by default and without learning the full scope said attorney felt it necessary to leave professionalism at the door until retainer was achieved being he felt the need to talk “stern” to me. I was then lead to believe I needed to turn myself in to face jail time, the last thing an attorney should do is cause a client to go into a panic. If I feel it necessary to pursue my matter this law firm will NOT be retained. I know enough about VA and how the wheels move slow but the cash grab is fast down there. After I spoke with the clerk she was so gracious to quash the ill fate the attorney had dealt me. Message to all! Find out as much as you can for yourself before retaining these “lawyers”. I’ve yet to meet a family law attorney that understands the trauma of even needing them to begin with. Well done !
