Well First of all I would like to thank Shannon so much. I got a reckless driving ticket in Chespeake, VA 98 miles per hour on a 60 miles per hour speed limit. It was a nightmare, I did a lot of research and found out that I am facing a jail time and license suspension and a class 1 misdemeanor. I was panicking, she gave me a lot of advices and steps to follow and do, such as community service and driving classes and stuff. She went early before the court date to speak to the officer and met with me and discussed what needs to happen. It was dropped from 98 miles per hour to 79 miles per hour which is a regular speeding ticket. This case was really hard and she did a really great job. I like her and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to keep a clean record and get away from jail. Thank you Shannon, again

I am from NJ and get pulled over for wreckless driving due to speed, which is apparently a criminal offense. I was so upset because I almost never speed. I had not gotten a ticket in 20 years! My aunt had stage four cancer and almost died the night before, I was trying to bring my mother and cousin to see her. I called several attorneys in the area, they all told me it was extremely unlikely the judge would reduce the charge because he never does. She was quite honest and told me the same thing. I hired her because the others were telling me to take classes or pay a bunch of money to test my odometer. I have a new higher end car so I was pretty sure that wouldn't work. She called me yesterday and told me that she was able to get the charge reduced to a speeding ticket with a reasonable fine! I was so happy I choose her. Words cannot express the gratitude for the (early) Christmas present Ms. Shannon delivered to my husband who was recently charged with Reckless Driving in Exmore, VA. Ms. Shannon and her paralegal, Melissa, calmed our nerves (living in Pennsylvania and being totally unfamiliar with Virginia laws) and we knew we were in good hands. Ms. Shannon called on a day her office was closed to advise what our options were (there really were none, she actually explained how bad the fines and penalties would be for his excessive speeding). The hearing was yesterday and Ms. Shannon was able to get my husband's charge reduced and we have to pay a reasonable fine and court costs. Not that I ever wish to be pulled over again in Virginia and I certainly hope to never need her services again but I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My traffic ticket was dismissed. The effort and cost required from me were minimal given the charges against me. Overall I paid about the same or less than the fine for legal services, the required driver safety course, and the court fees. But my record stayed clean. I was an out of state driver and everything was handled with phone call and emails. It was relatively effortless and the results were perfect.

After receiving a speeding ticket in Northampton County on the way from New Jersey to my vacation home in the Outer Banks, I was deluged with attorneys' letters to represent me. I was caught doing 16 mph over the limit even though I explained I was in the traffic flow/sphere of influence (it had something to do with my NJ plates). In NJ, the county and state police don't even look at you unless your doing 20 over, causing the NJ Legislature to consider increasing the 65 mph limit on most highways to 80 mph--which is the normal traffic flow) The only attorney who explained in her letter that there was a ticket "blitz" in Northampton County was Kristen Shannon of Shannon & Bedois.
