Even though I went through 3 attorney's, major lack of communication and did I mention the communication is nonvoid..
But I feel they could have done more for me and my case,instead of offering me to end my case because the lack of enthusiasm they had going against the state of Virginia.
But to be a small noncommercial law firm they atleast got me a decent settlement.

Mr. Thomas and his team is one I would turn to for any corporate or personal legal representation. They are professional, aggressive and thorough. Highly recommend.

This firm is a scam, they claim to contact people through certified mail, but nothing arrives. They also don't inform you of all fees and charges when you try to pay.

Follow-up: I came in to pay in cash, since the lady I spoke to on the phone said that was an option with no additional fees. Upon arriving she told me, paraphrasing, "We don't make change for payments and don't give refunds for over paying." What business does not give refunds/change for paying a bill.

We were required to pay in advance for the services (retainer) and a portion of the funds became due back. Strangely, it took several weeks to get the refund issued. The most frustrating part was the request to speak to the lawyer who represented me to consider more work together (and I left two messages) never happened. For this reason, I'd not use the firm again.

These people are the sorriest excuse for lawyers they should be Band for Perpetrating lawyers they are -5 no professionalism scavenger is not the word for them more like scumb

Kelly Graff is the BEST paralegal in the country, hands down! She goes above and beyond for her clients. I have followed her from one firm to now Thomas, Adams. There prices are beyond reasonable and I feel like they are really fighting for me! Thank You Kelly! She needs a raise for sure!!

These people are scavengers, just like the homeowners associations they goon for. They sent no notices to my new address after I moved and sued me for ludicrous admin charges that the HOA added a year AFTER I had moved and their legal fees. They took money that I needed to go go visit my grandchildren. Parasites.

I would trust this law firm as much as a sushi restaurant in the Sahara.

Just wanted to thank Ashley Yellott representing my son this week in a hearing over a speeding ticket. She suggested getting the speedometer calibrated – it was off! It made all the difference in the outcome. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have needed her help. Ashley also has done a great job representing my daughter who was struck by a drunk driver last year. You hope you never need legal representation, but if you do she comes with our highest recommendation.

Fantastic law firm. I've dealt with many paralegals at other firms trying to get my things taken care of and Chloe is by far the best I've dealt with. From the first phone call to the very end, she was 100% on top of it. She got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. She stayed in constant contact with me, always following up emails and phone calls (trust me, I sent a lot) and doing it all so pleasantly and with a smile. I have seen them do work on an Associations business. I was impressed with what I saw.So I had them take care of my personal business. I was very satisfied with what the work they performed. I would recommend Thomas, Adams & Associates.

Going to a proctologist and having a very large item removed would have been heaven compared to dealing with these bottom feeders. Not only did they use my gross income instead of take home, they let my abusive ex husband whom I had multiple protection orders against move back in!!! They have absolutely ZERO morals!! When I got a new attorney they kept putting off giving me my file. They gave it to me just days before my court date where they were placing a lien on me. I asked them for an extension and Tammy said yes. On the day of court they lied and said they never said that. They knew my 14 year old son had suddenly died just one month prior but couldn’t find it in their hearts to give me even a week to review the files. I could have search the entire world over and would have found it impossible to have worse representation

Don't waste your time and money. Do your research first. I had the opportunity to briefly speak with Mrs. Tammy Brown, and she was extremely unprofessional. Horrible experience.

Disrespect, unfriendly

I've had nothing but great experience with this firm. Leilani Adams was my attorney to represent me in a traffic case, where she was able to get my speeding ticket suspended and dismissed upon 1 year of good behavior. My driving history and record was not favorable, so a small case to some, was not very small to me. My driving record was coming close to a "habitual offender," which could have effected my career. She handled my case very professionally, and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend her for any type of traffic case, and would hope she would represent me, should I ever need her assistance again (hopefully not) in the future. Additionally, anytime I ever needed to call into the office, the staff at Thomas and Associates was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone.
