I called this Attorney's office to find out what I need to do to file SSI disability. The lady I spoke with must be having a bad day and thought it appropriate to talk to me as if I am retarded. The office staff is not professional I wouldn't waste my time calling this Attorney's office.

My lawyers are amazing they do what they need to to get u your compensation. I talk to them about everything . A lawyers can only get u what is available so don't think they are not. They keep in touch with their clients and always on good terms. If your in an accident or need social security benefits call them

I met with the paralegal to discuss my disability case. She was extremely attentive, efficient, and understanding!
All of the staff, including the receptionist, were very professional and seemed to enjoy their work!

My husband had someone covering his case for disability. When we had no other choices than moving out of state or being homeless, we moved. We left to Texas & our case was dropped. The lawyers & others wouldn't help us move forward or find a new attorney, even though social security said the lawyer could be present from a video call. We are now over two years into this disability claim & coming up on the final hearing with no lawyer to represent him due to being new to the state of Texas. We are so close to the end of the claim & the last hearing. Your office represented him when he's was approved a few years before this claim, but when we moved shortly before the final hearing, he was just dropped. To make things better, represent him at the final hearing & help us get approved. Finish this process with him. Then I'll change my review. Thanks for the quick response.

Dicky Bragg has been my attorney for many years. He has gotten me good results everytime. If he does not handle certain types of cases he can refer you to a reliable attorney that can. His rates are comparable to others and his personal attention to you and your case exceed expectations. He has a long list of certifications and is a very smart lawyer.

Totally disappointed...My Disability Claim was approved in June 2018, it's Nov..& still.. No award letter & claim not paid out, but received a CD file from their offices stating that they were closing my case. Hey.. They will get 25% regardless when I'm paid out 1 or 5 years from now... Ive written to the Senator and my congressman something needs to be done.
Update: Their response is fictional.
Today 4/22/19. I was informed that the law offices were paid 25% of my backpay last October and "I" the person in need has yet to receive a dime. How is this ok? And yet my case is closed. No one is concern on my behalf. No one from the offices is calling asking where my money is.. I need to call WAVY 10. This is crazy.

As for my experience with Goss and Fentress they treat you like family they're in touch with your needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone friends and family if you have a problem they will get back with you within 24 hours ...if you call the staff is excellent courteous and the lawyers are tremendous . I felt that the initial meeting with Atty Fentress went well, and the subsequent follow-up contacts with my paralegals were satisfactory. Atty Bowmam met with me a few days before my hearing and the morning before, and then afterwards, and he also called to follow up after we received my fully favorable decision letter, about which we are very relieved. Atty Bowmam represented me superbly during my hearing and I was pleased with how personable he was in his interaction with Judge Bellamy, which I feel made a huge impact on the judge's perception of and decision for me. If he and I had not had our pre-hearing meetings to prepare, I'm not sure I would have handled the stressful situation so well. As it was, I felt as comfortable as I was able, considering how much I had riding on this judge's decision and the effect it is going to have on the rest of my life. It was vital that the hearing go as well as possible, and I believe it did. I am very happy I chose Goss and Fentress to represent me.

Review may change later, but their communication is horrible. I email and leave voicemails, and I'm lucky if I get a reply within 2 weeks. My case was pending for months at Portsmouth ssa office, and they only.told me that they have yet to get a return call from the branch manager. I made a call, got the number for the commissioner office for ssa, and.within minutes, my stuff was released from Portsmouth to DDS. I ended up having to do the LAWYERS job. Maybe if they communicate more promptly, and actually do what they tell me they're gonna do, when they say they are, and if I finally get awarded after 19 years, the review may be edited to be more positive. But so fat, it's been a negative ride with them
