I have been a client for 5.5 years in what appeared to be an impossible case. Van Smith and team not only carried my case to completion, but also with a settlement to my advantage. Van Smith also injected himself personally when necessary and did it with aplomb, integrity and a professional demeanor. He presented it to the court and opposing counsel in a fair compelling manner. He was personally empathetic to my situation and personally stayed in touch to advise me of my status. I would highly recommend Attorney Van Smith and his legal team to anyone needing his legal services.

Keith Jones and the rest of the team at Smith Strong PLC helped make a difficult time easier to manage! They always offered to help with anything I needed and ensured I understood everything discussed during meetings. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, or anyone!

Don't even consider this one! Misleading and expensive. I would not recommend this group. Smith almost never takes the cases. He puts them off on another "team" member. None of the things he says will happen in his free videos happens. A waste of time and money in my case.

Complete ripoff. Paid 12k and he had a new attorney supposedly work our case. The date of a key meeting with the judge they didn't show up. Then the attorney assigned to my case left the firm. How convenient. They claim that although that was an unfortunate mistake they still did 12k worth of work preparing. FRAUD! Unfortunately, if your not a lawyer or rich you can't fight a lawyer.

Ended up getting a REAL law firm and won full custody after spending about 60k. If Smith was ethical I would have paid him that but due to his cheating and lying I will never recommend this firm. I was recently contacted by someone on Facebook that had the exact same thing happen to them.

If you need a great lawyer go with Barnes and Diehl. Professional and truly care about their clients.

Child support - thought we would never see a dime - just cashed a check for $1000. Van kept telling us to be patient. Highly recommend this young man and his team. Great guy!!!!!!
