My son (who is in the military) and I were staying in Elizabeth City for a couple of days on business and one of the workers at our hotel wrongfully accused my son of assault. On our way home, we received a call from the Elizabeth City police department and were informed of this accusation. We were out of towners (from California) and had no idea what to do!
