If I could give NO stars I would. I never got to meet the attorneys. The staff they have there are STONE COLD. I called, very emotional, because I simply wasnt ready to discuss my life and what has happened to my marriage, called CRYING. Got NO empathy..no I'm so sorry maam.. no we will have to reschedule. Just a rude paralegal or secretary that seemed irritated and informed me in a monotone voice that if I rescheduled, I'd have to pay upfront before I did. I understand policy and procedure. NOT THE LACK OF EMPATHY. You want my business, you sure aren't going to get it THAT way.
