Gave them my injury case 8 months ago and it’s no difference ,from then and now I feel like I definitely waisted my time ////////////UPDATE 10 months later and they haven’t done much and they haven’t kept up with requesting paperwork I guess my case just wasn’t worth much to them even though it was for my disabled son that almost had his hand cut off in school for not being watch properly thanks for nothing sacks and sacks I would not recommend them

My moms case, not mine (personal injury, car accident in which she was slammed into at 70mph and flipped over while SITTING in traffic on the interstate) but the intial call sounded so promising. Stanley Sacks was so nice and gave the whole 'call me anytime, this is a VERY SERIOUS case and if you have ANY questions im here' party line and then.....NOTHING. No updates, no communication , and they made their annoyance VERY clear everytime we/she called and tried to find ANYTHING out. Everytime we called we got an exasperated list of everything ELSE the paralegal had to do that day (was even told once that they were TRYING to leave early that day), but they would try to get answers if they had time. It took an average of 2-3 days to get a simple signature, and the miscommunication within the office and with their clients is unreal. At the end of the day they 'got the job done' so to speak, but all around very, VERY disappointed at the whole process, including the end result. 10/10 would NOT recommend, you would be better off hiring an ambulance chaser.
