I'm saddened to have to leave such a poor review, but sharing a good or bad experience is important. In the past, I received a call back with a referral. Now, within a three week period, I submitted an online inquiry, called the office, and went to the office to ensure my information was written down. Whether my messages were delivered to an attorney, I cannot say for sure. Either way, this is very unprofessional. I have found another law firm to help me begin the process of filing a lawsuit.
