Horrible untrustworthy attorneys. Very unethical and unprofessional. They are in the business of helping companies that participate in harming other people.

James Cromwell is a unethical attorney who harrassed us several days in a row while my wife was giving birth. He knew of our situation he was asked not to contact us several times. After that sent emails about not contacting him and still called and emailed us constantly. He called back to back to back while we were in the hospital with a child being born needing immediate surgery. He was defending a client who was completely in the wrong by renting out uninhabitable home. He asked us to contact him months before with any issues and totally ignored us and made it as if we were non compliant. His clients are non compliant.

Extremely friendly office staff! The lady up front even remembered my name on my way out and with seeing so many people that's not easy. Also their new office looks great!

Pray on military. If you’re renting from a property that they’re attached to, bring ALL lease paperwork to the JAG prior to signing. They are not new at taking money from military personnel.

I don't normally leave any type of review online. However, after viewing the few negatives posted here I felt I must. I can only speak for myself and what my clients have told me. I'm a Realtor and have been referring Sykes, Bourdon, Ahern & Levy, PC to clients for 15+ years. Over the years, my clients (both buyers and sellers- from first time home buyers to seasoned sellers) have not had single complaint pertaining to this fine group of professionals. They've assisted with closings during war time and peace time; from Enlisted to Real Admirals. They treat all the same. Trying to contact a client stationed on a ship somewhere in the open seas is not easy but they get it done. Each attorney is very approachable and answers any and all questions before, during and after closings. The staff is downright awesome (Teresa & Ann) I know once I send a contract over I can forget about it. Teresa and all her awesomeness take care of everything for me and our clients. I've NEVER once had a home not close. Yes, there have been *issues* and delays, but not any their capable hands haven't' managed. If my clients don't have already have a preferred attorney, Sykes, Bourdon, Ahern and Levy, PC is the group I refer.

They were the closing agents for the buyer on the sale of my house. They made an inexcusable. sloppy mistake and did not get the buyer to initial everything he was suppose to initial on his loan documents. So the lender would not disperse funds and I’m waiting at least 4 days for a lot of money. They charged me over $300 for their work and their explanation for their major, rookey mistake? These things happen. Please be very careful when dealing with this firm because they aren't.

I've used Howard Sykes office and his assistant Kathy for many many years on my homes and closings and NEVER ever had a problem. They've always been ON TOP Of every single detail! I highly recommend them for your real estate closings, selling/buying, it doesnt matter, they've done it all for me since 1990!!!

These people are very rude and very unprofessional. I'm sorry if you don't enjoy what you do. Find another job. They aren't much of a help unless their collecting your money.

Terrible people skills everyone in the office has an attitude awful people shows what kind of people and lawyers are associated and names terrible representation of their names.

Terrible customer service . When I say terrible I actually mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced when dealing with an agency regarding collections , obtaining information or trying to set up a payment.
