We procrastinated on creating a living trust for many years because we thought the process would be difficult and costly. We're very glad we chose Mike for this job because he and his associates made it very easy by explaining the process and answering all of our questions very clearly. Two short meetings and some homework and it's all done in less than 5 weeks. The cost was extremely reasonable and they also prepared several other documents including medical directives, durable powers of attorney, end of life directives, etc., and filled out the forms needed to transfer the house into the trust.
