I highly recommend Del Rio & Associates. I have never needed a lawyer until I was a passenger in a fender bender while on vacation. In all honesty the intake personnel probably shouldn't have taken my case because of how minor the accident was and I think she may have made a mistake, but I had a pre existing back injury that became very agitated by the impact of the rear end and maybe it was a blessing but I was in. My vacation was ruined because this accident happened on the third or fourth day of a two week trip and after I got home I was still affected by it. The other party's insurance would not contact me and after about 2-3 months of trying I decided to get a lawyer. I pulled them out of the phone book and ever since then I was in great hands. I know that if I ever am in a more serious accident I am definitely calling them and I will always refer them to the people in my life if they have a good case to be won. I recieved way more money than I thought and for that I am grateful. Meli my case manager is a wonderful and patient person and Attorney Richardson is one tough negotiator.

He could not be more harmful to the case

Del Rio and associate was very good at corresponding in a timely fashion they did a great job with my case infection from a nail shop and I would recommend them to anyone.

Disappointed from week 1 in the handling of my case. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with an attorneys office over the entire length of my case handling. Very unprofessional in the handling of my case and I do not feel they earned even 1/4 of what they got paid. Completely lacking communication between staff and I was handed to 4 different case workers over just a few months due to staff leaving so often. Inadequate and Incorrect notes in the file from day 1and they backed out of the liens they promised with the doctors office a week after I signed on with them and I had to pay cash for all treatment and MRI after that. That's the short version. I felt like a number that didn't matter to them at all. Wish I never would have hired them.

My experience was better than expected overall... Charles was totally prepared ahead of time for me and worked diligently for my situation which made me feel good about my decision to use him.. he was on top of everything from the beginning, informative and knowledgeable of my case and also very thorough.. I've never needed a personal injury lawyer before, however when I was in a serious accident that changed, I knew noting about the process. I thought for a few months that I could work through it myself, but it became apparent that the system does not really allow for that. Del Rio & Caraway kept me informed every step of the way, and made the process as easy as possible (even though it involved 3 insurance companies, and I did not know what to expect). I was impressed with the professionalism, and they were able to get the full policy limits for my claim. I hope to never need a personal injury lawyer again, but if I do, I will be calling Dan Del Rio.

Mine was not as serious an accident as some, but I was a pedestrian who had a walk signal with me, struck by a motorist who didn't see me.

I made a number of errors in not immediately reporting the incident and waiting to negotiate with the person to hit me rather than calling a lawyer immediately.

My injuries were not life threatening, but the driver broke her side mirror off on my upper arm and had sent me hurtling on my back landing fifteen or twenty feet from the point of impact. I had soft items in my back pack. It could have been much worse than a bruised arm elbow and wrist.

I walked home from the scene about a half a mile or so having exchanged numbers if not calling 911 as I perhaps should have. By morning I felt bruised enough where I had been hit and where I had landed, I though I'd best go into the ER. No fractures, but definite contusions, and who would pay?

I first called Berg since it happened in San Francisco, they are a reputable local firm, and were willing to hear my case.
