I wish they had negative stars because giving 1 star isn't how bad their practice is!!!
BEWARE!This firm is horrible!!!Absolutely money hungry and no job is done. The wife loves to send the emails for money and act all nasty. It's her husband NOT doing his job!! I had two offers come over from opposing. I spent money on phones calls and emails being read, for a billing fee by Marc, for this offer to decline. The offer came back again in May and I was asked to read it and it said in the email this was a second time of sending over(from opposing). So more phone calls and emails sent and nothing was ever done the second time. They accused me of asking for services to be done but me not paying them more money!! How about doing what they were suppose to that I DID PAY FOR! Responding to the two offers that I paid money for to be answered. Then opposing had sent paperwork to Marc Hughes for court in October. I had been asking for months about this, because of nasty texts opposing was was sending months before, referring to October all the time. March from Hughes Law Group said they didn't receive it because it was sent to their old business address from 6 years ago!!?? (I have emails to prove that's what exactly he said). Seriously!!You're a law firm!!! It took a new paralegal to make one quick phone call from her connection to find that info out that there were in fact two court dates for Oct. So, more of my money needed and spent, for their error, of not giving the courts the proper address, and I couldn't go to court, I was out of state for ill parents. That's just some of the lack of skills of this place. I obtained new council. I got my file from Hughes Law Group, not all letters and communication/correspondence were in it. I had to add by making copies of those items and get them added to it. The offers mailed and emailed and so forth, yup, missing. Big parts of this divorce, missing from my file. Disgusting!!!! I also found out that two items were sent from opposing and were suppose to be presented to me to make a cand I never even heard a peep on that. I was being kept on the hook to take money from and to be forced into a court date for them to make another $10,000!! This guy is GREAT at taking money and being nasty on emails, along with his wife. So, if you like to spend money and get a horrible lack of help in your divorce, this is the guy! They are the bad apple that spoiled the whole bunch. The cliche of attorneys are out for money! Hughes Law Group, beware!!!
