Mr. Gilman is the most clear, professional and caring attorney I have ever come into contact with. He was there for our family in an emergency situation that was quite complicated and gave us the ability to breathe again after a very stressful custody issue. I would recommend his services to anyone. This man truly cares.

If I could give zero stars I would. This man needs to go back to law school. He made a complete mess of my sisters custody case and was AFRAID of the judge. Not to mention he had the audacity to send her a bill (after we paid him $8,000.00 and he lost the case) to send her a $400.00 bill 3 days after her daughter was taken from her. If you're trying to win your case dont hire this money hungry coward. He would see families torn apart as long as he has money in the bank.

Mr. Gilman answered his telephone on a first ring. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Even though my needs were outside of his demographic area of practice, he took the time to listen to my issues.
I am sad because he would have been perfect for the job only if he was located closer.
I highly recommend him.

He was willing to meet with me the same week I called him to discuss my (child custody) case, whereas other attys I called either didn't answer their phone, had a machine answer their phone, or couldn't meet with me for days (and it was an urgent matter). He is smart, knowledgeable, and professional.

Worst attorney ever!! He baits people in by offering lower retainer costs and then never does his job. Trust me, save your money for a real attorney.
