Наш случай был довольно сложным.
Вкратце изложу суть: дочь-гражданка США.
Но мы постоянно проживаем в России.
Мой муж удочерил её на территории России и по решению суда ей присвоили его фамилию и в графе отец-его имя.
Для того, чтобы изменить ей фамилию и внести данные об отце необходимо было внести изменение в свидетельство о рождении. Так как оно выдано в США, то и сделать это можно было только там-по месту выдачи свидетельства.
Мы обращались ко многим адвокатам в США с просьбой решить этот вопрос, но везде получали отказ. Нам отвечали, что изменить фамилию гражданину США и записать в него отца можно только по решению суда США. Но так как мы с мужем не являемся резидентами США, то и в суд обратиться не можем. Вообщем, мы попали в тупик..

This review of Helena of Farber Law, PA Law Firm is way overdue. My divorce was finalized 4 months ago in March 2018 after only 7 months of filing my initial divorce petition. I was impressed on how quickly my case proceeded along, and believe me, my ex-husband was the LEAST cooperative. Helena was professional and prompt, responding to all my emails and calls within 24 hours. She was extremely knowledgeable and always provided me with options and worse case scenarios which was great because she never sugar coated anything...always direct, honest and straight to the point. She made what could have been a nightmare experience a much more tolerable time in my life. You will not regret retaining her as your divorce attorney.
