Cindy Vova is the absolute worse person and attorney in the world. I hired her to help with my child support case in 2016. She took my money and told me this would be easy. My ex wife lied about the amount of money I owed her. I did all the work going through my bank records to prove my case. Mrs. Vova never returns calls and is always very elusive, only calling you back at 4;50 pm and hurry you of the phone. The Friday before the court hiring Mrs Vova call at 4;50 as always and told me that my wife attorney agrees that I do not owe the money, except for the last 3 months, hence I had to pay for a lawyer. My mediated settlement from our original separation states I have to pay $400 per child, but Mrs Vova did not read the agreement and let it get turned in to the courts as $800 in child support.

When I called her to ask about this now that my child turning 18 she said I still owed her $112 and she would speak to me about the case. After I paid the $112 she sent me an email tell me to go find another attorney. This is malpractice. She failed to protect me and review the document before it was entered into the courts.

Mrs Cindy Vova is not your answer. Go anywhere else.

Prior to working with Cindy Vova's office I had another lawyer for a simple step-parent adoption case. After a year of working with the other lawyer, she told me she could no longer manage my case. My husband and I began scrambling looking for a new family lawyer in the area that would hopefully be able to get the job done soon before the signed consent from the other parent expired.
After meeting with 3 lawyers in the area,Cindy Vova's office blew us away. They did their homework before our meeting, which showed us they were about business, so we signed our retainer agreement at our initial consultation. Within 6 weeks of signing our agreement, we had our final hearing and were able to FINALLY have closure on our step-parent adoption case.

Cindy Vova was a terrific guide through a horrific ordeal, and I highly recommend her. My husband of 23 years unexpectedly filed for divorce in the middle of a family medical crisis and proceeded to be as mean and vindictive as possible, including hiring a second attorney when the first wasn’t aggressive enough. Cindy is the best! Going through a divorce was a very difficult time in my life but Cindy made it easier. She negotiated a very reasonable alimony and
child support. She also assisted in the modification of my child support as my income changed or when each of my 4 children became emancipated. I was able to got back on my feet without worry.
