Diedre Johnson is absolutely AMAZING!!! I don't know what her formal title is, but she had such an in depth knowledge as to what was going on that she perhaps could've been my attorney. I retained Florida law group for a case I had issues with. I had lawyer Tracey Foglia handle my case, I never had any doubt once we sat down and talk to her about the steps the case would take. I am very happy with the outcome of the case....Thanks again Tracey!

Disappointed with this law firm, it took 3 years to settle my claim, first mistake was my file was misplaced, secondly These attorneys looks and display a professional interest in settling your claim but only for their financial gain, my attorney Brandon Arrow verbally spoke to me , but documents didn’t reflect what was discussed and agreed to, i then complained and was given another attorney, Yemil Aragon and later received the same treatment, I’ve learned before you settle your claim make sure you ask what does the settlement amount includes? And get it in writing before signing any release from this or any law firm.
There was too many hidden clauses from this law firm, after expressing my concerns my phone calls went unanswered to voicemail, there the correspondence was through emails only, and even that didn’t go well, Donna Coren is the person who draws up the documents that is suppose to be requested by your attorney which both denied what and how the communication elasp, each staff member i feel played apart with the intention to make me feel like a idiot. But realistically i felt like they’re thieves and feeling cheated and discriminated against by this law firm. After several attempts to resolve these issues, i took my concerns to the owner Mark which didn’t help, he only defended his staff indirectly of course he doesn’t want the liability of such actions but yet failed to correct the situation.
If they fail to put it in writing it’s not valid don’t sign, make sure you read read read, they have a way of rewording what was initially agreed upon verbally, which takes the agreement to a different meaning.

For example; I had 3 claims, one was denied and was charged a deductible, I requested that I get that money back, I got it back but when I settled the case for a undisclosed amount i was later told this included all 3 claims.

I now have to find out which of the 3 claims was paid and what it includes before I start the repairs, which they refused to provide me this information.

You can accept the settlement amount but dont sign a release, if you’re unsure or have questions ,which they got me to do. I tried to be on top of everything and they didn’t like that.
Last but not least, they got they’re check cut separately to they’re law firm, but yet had my check made out to they’re law firm myself and mortgage holder, WHY!?

They told me this was normal procedure, only if there’s only one check issued for the full amount. The attorney will have you and your mortgage company sign and later write your check separately. BUT REMEMBER they got theirs.
after contacting the Florida Bar, I got the check reissued with my name and morgage company on it only.

Remember if you see something say something.
If it’s not in writing don’t TRUST no legal representatives.

I’m disgusted with this law firm, I am now looking further into this matter.

I had the privilege of working with both Yemil Aragon and Brandon Arrow. When I came to the law group for help, I did not know what to expect. I never planned on being in the position to need a lawyer but after Hurricane Irma and a denied insurance claim, I had no other option. They were great from the beginning. Excellent experience! We had a leak at our house back in October of 2018. I was freaking out until I called FL Professional Law Group and they assured me they could help.
