This guy from what I hear is fantastic at all the paperwork clean neat very observant very down-to-earth knows his stuff I've not heard any bad complaints 3 people in my neighborhood have used him I stop by to see unfortunately I couldn't catch anybody but I'm headed back over there so I will edit this after I talk to him I'm purchasing a home in this area and I have my approval letter and all my ducks in a row so I'm just waiting on the next step
