I made an appointment with Ms. Neilson to assist my father with estate planning, which was confirmed by her assistant both by phone and in writing. 3 hours (!) prior to the appointment her assistant called and canceled, saying that Ms. Neilson “just got back into town” and “had a lot going on.” What?! I even asked if we could reschedule for any day, any time, and she flat out said no. She literally refused to see us at all, after confirming an appointment twice, and gave an obviously fake excuse as to why not. I honestly have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism, I award them zero stars, and I strongly urge you not to waste your time.
