Dryden speaks like and projects the self-confidence of the public defender from My Cousin Vinny. Those attributes do not inspire much trust in a lawyer’s abilities. At several hundred dollars per hour, those “uhh”s and “umm”s also get quite expensive.
Inefficient and seems takes more time than a good lawyer would to accomplish tasks. Hourly charge, among many other things, is on the low end of the spectrum but he is still over-priced. I've had other lawyers with a higher hourly price do similar (but better) work and the total bill from them was lower than Dryden's. He also seems to try to keep his clock running with unnecessary chit chat.
Poor knowledge of legal issues. Several instances after asking what seemed to be simple questions about procedures, lawyer’s response was “I’m not sure” or “I’ll have to look into that.”
Some correspondence from lawyer seems to be written by a 6-year old with lots of run-ons and horrendous grammar and punctuation making it very difficult for a normal adult to understand. Again, not very inspiring of his abilities and professionalism.

Tom Dryden is a fellow real estate attorney and a valued colleague of mine. I have great confidence in his abilities and he has proven his skills and knowledge over and over in the 30+ years I have known him. He is FL Bar board certified. This track record is why I have never hesitated to refer real estate and litigation matters to Tom when I cannot take them myself.
