Mr. Harris, Represented Bill. We had a situation with a vop and a new charge. Conflict, started while siting on a bench. He was physically, confronted and pursued. That being said, we could have gone to trial. Maybe, should have. Bill did not want to , because of aging family member. We took plea bargain. This was Bills decision. Best lawyer hands down. Robert made it possible for me to go home when they were trying to keep me incarcerated. Got me 3 years probation as supposed to 10 years prison time. I am beyond thankful to him.

Paid as a trail lawer $$$$ scared me last min no kidding last minute into a plea for DUI w/prop damage, camera footage proves no damage /accident happened. And I was NOT driving I was in restroom when confronted and detained by State probation officer asking me questions. She lied on police report several times and footage proves it.
Yes this was a violation of my civil rights which I asked for him to help me pursue as well. Me not being a lawyer, not knowing the statute of limitations on prosecution of civil right wronging chose to postpone getting involved with that case until after the DUI case was settled. I requested a copy of footage and was sent a bogus cd.
Now I can't sue for my rights violation and have a conviction that could have easily won in court.

Workmate used this Attorney. He had nothing but great things to say. He came away from arrest without charges. Although there were circumstances, not every situtis bullet proof.

I have hired Rob multiple times to represent me. However, due to the fact he was working on a big case, we unknowingly hired a partner in his firm, Britney Davis. I do not understand why Rob would allow her to take his clients. I could give you a list of 9 issues, serious issues, which she did or did not do that ruined my case. Overall, she doesn't fight for her clients. She is not knowledgeable enough to represent clients who are having dire circumstances surrounding their charges. If I hadn't learned about the alternative to prison, I would currently be serving 2 years. Although I've had past drug charges, I am not a person who simply wants to do their time rather than change my life. I am not one who uses jail as a revolving door like so many who do. I have a Master's degree and was a teacher for 15 years. I come from a loving family and live a comfortable life. Unfortunately, I was part of the epidemic our country faces these days; opiates/pain pills. I begged to get help. I was willing to do anything to get better. Britney didn't try to negotiate with the State's attorney to get me a better deal than 2 years time. I came across dozens of people in jail who had charges ten times worse than mine who were getting incredibly lesser sentences than myself. Britney simply agreed to the offer and told me that was my only option. When I found out I would be eligible for an alternative program to prison, when asked, she told me I wouldn't qualify. For the first 3 months I sat in jail I continued to be persistent on allowing me to at least apply because I was almost certain she was wrong- I could only apply for the program through my attorney. Finally she got me the application and wouldn't you know it, I did qualify and was accepted. I haven't been back to jail and have changed my life around completely. I am doing great in this program. If I hadn't been persistent I would be sitting in prison right now. This incident is only one out of the 9 that she messed up on with my case. I blame Rob Harris for allowing this to happen. The only reason we hired her was because of his name and reputation. We assumed he would be reviewing her work. After I got out of jail and was able to look up the way my cases progressed, I called and emailed both of them to ask why certain decisions were made. Neither one of them would respond. Eventually, I informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. At that time, I did receive a response from Rob. I gave him my list of issues as well as questions pertaining to Britney's actions. I said I would drop the whole thing if he could explain one of my issues. He couldn't. Furthermore, I never got an apology or recognition of mistakes that were made.

I've thought long and hard whether or not I should report this, and I keep coming back to I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
