They had my case for 10 years..maybe got a call back twice..maybe 60 calls unanswered...got a co council to handle the case with pinnacle hip..was so overwhelmingly...he tried to force me to accept 130000 settlement offer and SAID it was fair..just wanted his %..terrible firmm..lie to you constantly..the topper was Marcus told me 3 years ago that he would have money for me...Right!!!..no clue..when I send him information..he completely misinterpreted. it...overland over again..put words in my mouth a half dozen times..just ignors my requests...I wouldn't recommend them to have a shop lifting case..delt with attorneys with my business...this attorney is absolutely the worst..no understanding of the procedures and law..plus a know it all..terrible commu skills

There is no doubt that this group truly cares about your situation what ever it may be, and they are definitely a hard working group of individuals, if they say something they mean it sincerely, and it not going to be suger coated, but at least you know were you stand !

Bottom line, do your homework before you choose a attorney, in which I know doubt know first hand that this is the most important step, as your life is going to change in so many ways when you sign the dotted line, I fortunately have a daughter whom is a court reporter and so for me I was able to have some first hand information on who does what they say they will do, compared to those who are just about the money and will tell you what you want to hear just to get your business.

This group has one key word associated with there Group,
(INTEGRITY) which carries a lot of weight when your making life changing decisions on who you want to represent you and your family when it comes to needing attorney's whom work for you, not the other way around ! Viles and Beckman held my case for almost 2 years waiting for the insurance company to settle. I kept calling and calling and never received a response. People be careful of taking your case to this law office. This firm does not like to take cases to court. I'm giving you a heads up and a early warning. Please don't be fooled by the reviews. I know first hand that they don't do what they say. Now after waiting two years no one will take my case. Don't you let yourself be victimized by this law firm. I'm sure they'll try to apologize to this response out of sarcasm but I'm going to decline your apology Viles and Beckman. You should be ashamed of yourself. I'll never refer anyone to your bogus lawfim. This was the worst legal decision for finding an attorney that I ever made. Very nasty lawyer I used my mom name I have call to report my mom's death and to follow up with her case against Evans health care for abuse its been about three weeks and the lawyer won't call back I also have has to see if the can help against the emts not telling me how to do CPR when I found her not breathing I also asks them to help with the life alert people who took 11 minutes to call 911 for me and ot took emts people 5 8 minutes to arrive at 9 house she ended up pass away on Oct 7 2019 still they went wont return mycall back that's been about 2 weeks I will be filming a complete ether the Florida bar so they can get into trouble they have no respect at all for people

Horrible communication with tiffany. Leave messages and emails never return any of my calls. Seems to always answer my boyfriend and his calls. But not once has returned my call . Very disappointed and a waste of time with our lawsuit. 2 months to still argue with the adjuster. my boyfriend always has to call just for an update to the case. Tiffany will state oh ya I just got this updated info. But never called always called her to get information about case. No communication at all. Reccomend elsewhere.

attempted to go to eye doctor for glasses frames. A car was blocking the handicap ramp, the passenger refused to get out of the car. I attempted to step up on the sidewalk by grabbing a small white pole, a light pole? I fell and sustained scrapes to my rt. elbow and right knee, I sprained my rt. foot, I went to the Dr. that day and had it x-rayed, no broken bones. Severe sprain of my foot, swollen on top of foot and toes, discoloration around sole of foot, ankle, evidence of a hematoma on sole of foot. Bed rest with ankle wrap, cold application, foot elevated, minimal walking which is extremely painful. Doctor has suggested physical therapy however I am unable to drive due to inury of rt. foot. I have been on bed rest since 08/19/19. Foot swells immediately upon standing or sitting
