The Construction Litigation attorney from this office lacks the most basic knowledge of Standard Construction Contracts. After speaking with multiple other attorneys due to this firms lack of knowledge and actions regarding our issues, we quickly realized we hired someone who could not follow basic reading that was in our contract. We asked this attorney to send a Final Delay certified letter (which is required in our contract). Instead they chose not to and never told us for multiple weeks until we asked if it was sent. Do yourself a favor and don’t flush your money down the toilet like we did. I would represent myself before hiring this company. If I could give less than one star I would. After talking to multiple other attorneys and reading our contract we figured out there was basic protocol that had to be followed that was clearly worded in our Contract. This attorney either never read the contract or doesn’t understand the words in the Contract that he’s reading.. Look elsewhere.

Terrible money hungry law firm! Should be ashamed of themselves!

Unfortunately choosing Pavese for my title company was not a good decision. The staff was unhelpful during the process and made no exceptions to help during settlement when they were at fault. They forgot to include the notary fee in the closing statement and I had to pay out of pocket at the last minute, they also forgot to pro-rate the rent of my tenant and I had to wire funds last minute via a 7-11 money order 10 minutes before closing. No apology, very delayed service, would not recommend.

Honest, helpful, experienced attorneys in a variety of practice areas relevant to the needs of South Florida. Their attorneys are active in civic and charitable organizations -- I like that.
