Prior to coming on board with this family 3 years ago, I worked with the Dellutri Law Group for Personal Injury. I worked at a Chiropractic office who works closely with many attorneys in town because of shared clients/patients of auto injuries. They were awesome to work with then.

When I met Carmen out, after I left the chiropractic office, I knew he was someone anyone would be lucky to work for. As fate would have it, I joined his team (family) a year after that meeting and haven't looked back since.

Looking back, I cannot imagine trying to find my way through the Chapter 7 maze without the experienced staff at the Dellutri Law Group. During my initial and free consultation, I was told that I didn't really need to file for bankruptcy if I could handle the creditor calls. But, since I had always paid my bills on time, I felt uncomfortable just ignoring creditors. The total I paid for filing fees and legal fees to Dellutri was less than two months of my credit card payments. As soon as I filed for bankruptcy, all calls from creditors stopped.

Dellutri staffers told me exactly which documents they required and which the Trustee would need. I had to complete two on-line financial planning courses, which were helpful. Each step was methodical and prepared me for the 341 meeting with Mr. Dellutri and the Trustee. No creditors attended and I just received notice that the Trustee has completed his work.

Some people believe there is a stigma attached to filing for bankruptcy. Althoughthat may have been true in the past, it isn't now. My only income is Social Security and, try as I might, I could never have made more than the minimum payments on my credit cards. Filing Chapter 7 has given me a new found freedom, lessened my anxiety, and allows meto live within my income. What a gift.

No one at the Dellutri Law Group ever made me feel guilty or was anything but professional and helpful. In the future, any creditors who contact me to attempt to collect on their debt discharged by my bankruptcy, will be sued by Dellutri. I hired the services of a "credit repair" person, who actually made two creditors take me to court over credit card debt. This person was giving me legal advise by telling me what to say when I had to show up in court for pre-trial mediation. She kept on telling me not to worry about anything and that these creditors don't have the right to collect from me. One of the creditors was granted a trial, meaning I would have to stand in front of a judge. At that point I felt I was in serious trouble. I researched online and found The Dellutri Law Group here in Fort Myers, FL and called them for a free, no obligation consult; one of their specialties is consumer law. I made an appointment and spoke to attorney Carmen Dellutri himself. He explained what my options were and gave me a couple of days to think about it. When I made my decision attorney David Fineman, who is the expert in consumer law and works these type of cases in a daily basis, was assigned to my case. I met with him and we decided to call the creditor and he negotiated the debt on my behalf. I couldn't be happier with the way attorney David Fineman was able to resolved/negotiated my case! And the best and relieving part of it is that I did not have to show up in front of a judge (I had a few sleepless nights over that). I was very nervous when I walked in the attorney's office, but once I got to speak with them, I felt very comfortable and did not feel pressured to make my decision. Although I did decide to hire them and I was willing to go to court, I am glad that Mr. Fineman called the creditor right on the spot and resolved my problem right there. As for the other creditor, Mr. Fineman called them to attempt to negotiate the debt as well. Turns out the creditor was not interested in collecting from me anymore after speaking with Mr. Fineman! That shows how known attorney Fineman is among his peers when it comes to consumer law, which I benefited from it. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of both of my cases. The Dellutri Law Group is now my to-go legal counselors from this point on if I ever need legal advise again.

My experience regarding the Dellutri Law Group is one of true professionalism. This venture started a few years back when I went in for a consultation with Carmen to discuss my personal options going forward. Naturally, I was embarrassed finding myself in the predicative state I had found myself in and it wasn’t easy discussing it with anyone for sure. Carmen, within the first few minutes of our discussion had put me to ease and we talked for approximately an hour, which during that time he heard everything I had to say and then gave his options as to the different directions I could take going forward. I came to the realization that I was going to have to file for bankruptcy even at this older age of 62. Dellutri Law Group has a bankruptcy procedure which leaves nothing to the imagination. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork involved, but all of it is in a format and professionally delivered to the customer.
So, after submitting all the paperwork filled out back to Dellutri, I decided maybe I didn’t have to file for bankruptcy after all, so I stopped going forward and thanked Carmen for all his help and assistance in guiding me.
Ok, I know this is long, but I thought the story had to be told to understand it correctly….. we are now 4 years later and unfortunately I did have to file for bankruptcy. When I first decided to see about bankruptcy, I walked in thé office beating myself up pretty bad. I felt like most do that filing bankruptcy is the end and I should feel ashamed and embarrassed. David and all the staff got me to feel and believe that it's actually just the beginning and I had no reason to feel like I did anything wrong.

My husband and I went to Dellutri Law Firm when we my husband needed to file bankruptcy.

I am disappointed on a claim that was filed for one of our companies. We got paid on the first one however, when they sent the 1099 to our company that had the full price of the claim. I had to call them and tell them to send me another 1099 with their fee taken out. I have called them several times about the 2nd claim for another business and was promised someone will get back to me. 2 yrs later nothing. Keep calling and the gentleman that handles the claims has never called me back. Disappointed in their customer service.

Making the decision for bankruptcy is never an easy one, but knowing it was my only option to relieve me from my financial burden that would only haunt me for years to come, I decided to contact The Dellutri Law Group. Once I made the initial call, I was scheduled for a consult. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles. I met with one of the attorney's, he made his recommendation and I moved forward with it. Although allot of homework to do, in the end it was worth it. Never once during this process, was I made to feel any less of a person than what I was already feeling inside. There was no pressure or obligation. My interactions with his staff was comforting and they always answered my questions in a timely manner. Carmen himself was at the hearing. I was a little nervous because I hadn't met him prior to the hearing, his demeanor was nothing but professional and his re-assurance of how easy the process would be, made my stress go away. I came in with an issue about an unfair debt collection practice. I was greeted by everyone, not the usual stuffy atmosphere you would expect.
The receptionist got me seated in a private consultation room, and offered me coffee, I was taken aback at what a nice presentation the coffee came in on. The attorney Carmen was exceptional,he listened to my issues and was very quick, and discerning on exactly how to proceed. He spent a good 40 min. with me to help me work this out.
