I called November 20th for info rewarding a divorce and the lady who answered the phone told me someone would call me back. A week later and I still didn’t receive that call back so I called again. The woman transferred me to a man who hung up on me after I explained the reason for my call. So I called again. The woman once again transferred me to someone, this time a woman. She took my information and told me she would give me a call back so I asked her for her name since I was already told that a week prior and she hung up on my without giving me her name. Appalling and extremely unprofessional service.
