Great service. One recommendation: I would have liked to get an interim communication just letting me know where we were in the process. At one point I got nervous because I hadn't heard from anyone and didn't know if the ball had been dropped or if this was standard.

Absolutely horrible. Charged me around $150 before for fighting speed ticket, didn't win case, got 4 points, went on the record, then again charged me over $250. Most incompetent lawyers ever. Never had this experience before. Shameless firm guaranteed no points or money back, never returned money, further charged me extra. BEWARE!!!

I called Traffic Ticket Team because I needed advice regarding a traffic ticket that I got in Florida (I live in California). Chris, the paralegal who answer the phone, as soon as she found out that the Team couldn't help with my past due ticket, quickly wanted to end the call. As I was explaining to her that I needed advice and guidance, she impatiently insisted the Team couldn't help me, instead of patiently explaining how it all works. I perceived her as someone who doesn't care about helping others, she being extremely rude and impatient, as she was repeating over and over "We can't help you!" in an extremely rude manner, with a shrilling tone of voice. I asked her to put her supervisor on the phone so that I could complain against her rudeness. But the supervisor couldn't care less. Actually, the supervisor insisted Chris was not rude.

Traffic Ticket Team din't care about being kind and helpful; all they cared about was ending my call as quickly and as rudely as possible. I have no respect for companies who don't value kind treatment towards people who seek advice.

It was exceptional service from start to finish with the entire process .I really love that they kept me in the know/loop throughout the whole entire time . All the staff there are professional and really helpful and nice !I will definitely refer my friends and family to them in the future if they ever need any of the services Diamond ticket clinic provides .

I feel completely screwed by these people. I went to them because I was given a bogus ticket of "running a red light" because I turned right on yellow and the cop gave me a ticket for a brake light being out that I didn't know was out and never received a warning for. I told the lady all of this and also told her that I had a driving record and recently took a driving course but that I was not guilty of running a red light. They never updated me on my case or dates, had to call them to find out my court date. I finally got a letter in the mail stating I had to take an 8-hour diving course and pay court cost of $372, which is more than what my tickets even were. I call and she tells me it's because of my driving record! Never once did they mention that when I hired them, even though I told them of my driving record. Also, I looked up the court documents and the pled no contest to the running a red light instead of not guilty?! She said she would look through my case and call me back and has yet to do so. I am so very disappointed with the way this place handled my case. Never again!
