Update: At first I had a bad experience, the office manager contacted me and did everything she could to correct the issue. I really appreciated and respected that. My poor experience conflicted with the multiple positive reviews I had received from various other people. Give them a chance, if you have issues go to their upper level managers, they’ll take care of you.
