From my perspective unless you have unexpectedly come into a huge sum of cash no one wants to speak to an attorney. Chances are if you are seeking legal counsel either something bad has happened, or is about to happen in your life. I equate hiring an attorney to purchasing insurance; you’re never happy to write that check but if you’ve done your research and chosen wisely that initial expenditure should far outweigh any potential long term monetary and emotional costs. Having recently been through an emotionally and financially devastating event I can say with supreme confidence that I had chosen wisely when I retained Gary Weiner. I’m not aggressive or confrontational by nature, in fact in many respects I’m probably too passive or “soft”.
