Joe is always prompt to respond to questions, takes time to listen and is very thorough in his case review. There is a sense of trust that’s been established between the family and him. I endorse him fully.

Great People! This law firm has represented my mother in the past and we both were very impressed with the quality and kind hearted nature of everyone we spoke to. Mr. Johnson is an amazing attorney, if we need a personal injury attorney in the future, we will seek him out again.

Mr. Babbitt helped me almost two decades ago and still to this day I hold him in high esteem. He has one of the sharpest minds I have met to this day. I remember being put at ease after our first one on one discussion. I would definitely seek his services again should the need arise.

If there was an option to give a zero, this law firm would rightfully have earned it! I do not recommend Babbitt & Johnson for legal counseling/representation. I requested a consultation with Babbitt & Johnson after reading visiting their business website. I wanted to learn more about their practice area for Medical Malpractice cases because I am actively seeking an attorney to discuss a potential medical malpractice claim. According to their website, this law firm has experience with various Medical Malpractice cases, to include Medical Mistakes. Per their website for Medical Mistakes Attorney, "Patients rely on their physicians to correctly diagnose their ailments and to take the appropriate action to facilitate a full recovery. When they fail to do so, it can result in extremely serious health issues for the patients. If you or a loved one has been the victim of a negligent physician, you may have grounds for a medical malpractice lawsuit." After reading/researching the law firms’ website regarding medical malpractice injuries/cases, I was certain I was heading in the right direction by requesting a consultation. I was completely WRONG!!! I was contacted by their intake nurse and she only allowed me to briefly explain my medical malpractice claim. She then advised me that the law firm does not work on medical malpractice cases unless the case is "Catastrophic" meaning a death occurred or loss of limb(s). I was confused by the intake response because their website says nothing to that affect. The intake also challenged me on why I feel that I have a valid case. In a condescending tone, the intake responded by saying that I seemed quite knowledgeable around medical malpractice cases and what constitutes a breach in standard of care and asked if I have talked to other attorneys regarding my matter. I requested a 2nd opinion for a case evaluation from an actual attorney that specializes in medical malpractice cases, as their website indicated in the FAQ because I understand that the intake specialist gather information for the attorney to review to make a best sound decision to see if there is a valid claim/case. FAQ: “The best, and certainly the most accurate, way of knowing whether you have a valid medical device case is to consult with an attorney experienced in this area.” The intake connected me with another representative (not an attorney) who didn’t have the slightest clue on what was discussed. While I was explaining my concerns to the 2nd representative, she hung up on me. I am sharing my experience with this law firm because I would hate for another potential client to encounter the same mistreatment, lack of care, lack of empathy, and lack of respect that they have shown me. They’ve shown me that unless you have a multi-million dollar case, loss of limb(s) and/or death, they’re simply not interested in hearing your claim!!!
