As both an attorney and a Realtor, I have to say Ms. Walter was most likely the problem in the transaction, not Jeff. I've known Jeff for many years, and been around plenty of attorneys and realtors, and he's about the least arrogant, but also one of the most competent, attorneys in the field. I refer both title and legal work to HLA all the time and they've never let me down. Not exactly sure what the problem was for Ms. Walter, but I'm certain it didn't arise from Jeff's side.

I met Mr. Harrington in 2009 when Wells Fargo tried to foreclose on me. We went to court four times and won each time. The bank had signed documents by a person that was not a legal entity. They lied to the HOA saying they paid my HOA fees when all six years 2009 to 2015 (and before) I had always paid my bills. With all the lies and forged documents and the testimony from HOA (who after the trail found out the bank lied) we finally settled and gave the house back to the bank. I cannot reveal the details as the bank does not want the public to know the truth. Harrington firm and the attorneys there, are experts with a high level of knowledge. I have also used Mr. Harrington's firm for business matters that were handled very expeditiously with positive results. They know what they are doing. There will always be one person who expected the world and lost mostly due to their own fault and then blame the attorney. I highly recommend the Harrington firm and I still use them all these years.

Harrington Law Associates have been my companies attorney for the last 18 months and have handled all immigration and business dealings.

All of their lawyers in the firm have been honest and fair with us in regard to pricing and won't just take time for extra money. They always give it to you straight and give you the best option that makes the most sense for either you as an individual or as a company.
