If I could give 0 I would. I cannot speak on other people's situations or experiences with this Law Firm but I can from mine. Millard Law Firm had very little assistant . After serving the company with papers due to a neglect and abuse case. They withdrew and did not give any sort of explanation of reasoning and left me hanging out to dry. You can piece together what had happened it is not for me to say. There were investigations and findings and they still with Drew stating although I am a TBI client in a TBI facility that reports were inconsistent. Even though there were findings of abuse in the state report. This Law Firm might be great in other areas I would not advise you to use them if you are client in a brain injury facility trying to seek accountability for abuse and neglect

If you take your case to these attorneys just hope it settle quickly because their fees were ENORMOUS. They prolonged the case & it was not in our best interest. Not recommended!!!
