Mr. Farrell helped with a parenting plan modification my kids begged me for, he was very honest with things that didn't bode well for me, I was stressed the whole time and at times felt like I wouldn't be able to handle it as the other parent was putting their wants over our kids' needs. Mike and Mary were a God send for me, they helped me through it all and in the end, he got one of the best outcomes I could of asked for. He fought for MY KIDS to get what they wanted and needed!

I used Michael Farrell back in 2017 for a divorce and less than a year I was divorced and walked away with sole custody! He was there every step of the way and if I had questions him or Mary had an answer. I could call a hundred times and they never got annoyed! If I could rate any lower I would. I had a case with Mr.Farrel for almost 2 years. The only thing they wanted was money. I have emails asking numerously times for invoices, not once did I get any invoices for the $10,000 from over the 2 years my case took place . From the beginning I was told it would be only $3500 to take this case to court & possibly have a few other fees I’d have to pay for here & there. After the fact I paid the $10,000 over the two years, he then asked for another $4000 to go to my final court hearing or he was going to drop my case, then told me to get out of his office if I didn’t like it, who talks to there clients like that. Which was odd because my first final court hearing was canceled due to the other lawyer asking for an extension. He never asked for $4000 to go to that court hearing we had prepared for, not until a few months later a week before the rescheduled hearing did he ask for another $4000. I asked for an invoice of all expenses before moving forward with this case and giving him another penny. His secretary wrote this long excuse of what the money would be for and was going towards, but still no invoice I waited a week before I decided to find another lawyer. What’s upsetting is I had just willingly gave him $1000 out of the kindness of my heart the week prior to him asking for another $4000 being the court hearing got rescheduled & was going to be a two day trial. I even have the receipt for that transaction, that transaction only. I also paid $1800 in November for a deposition that didn’t take place until January that they had to have right away, to find out I paid this much for a deposition that was even stated in emails from Mr.Ferrals assistant that ,”it was being recorded”which was why I paid the higher price to have the transcript from it for court.After having to get another lawyer we tried to get those transcripts for the final hearing & he stated he never had it recorded. I put a lot of money into this case with Mr.Ferral. But I wasn’t going to pay another dime to him. Be careful who you hire, because this lawyer isn’t the one for you I promise ,he doesn’t even care about his clients. I always asked for advise in regards to the case, & left messages never got a return or a call back. All my concerns left with empty answers.
