Best lawyers to handle your case

They could not answer my question. The legal assistant told me to call and ask social security. I would not retain a law firm to help me with social security disability claims that cannot answer social security disability questions.

Great people. Most legal experiences aren’t pleasurable but Brooks Law took all the stress and worry away. They keep me updated and informed through it all. So pleased I made the right choice in choosing Brooks over the rest, they are the best!

If you need a disability lawyer, DO NOT use Brooks!! They got $6,000 of MY money for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I did all of the leg work and they didn't even know that I was approved for disability the last time I talked to them!! I knew but I didn't give them that information!! If they're too stupid not to know, so be it!! Not to mention that I went through at least 6 different case workers!!

Brooks was great to me. Answered all my questions and made me feel that everything was gonna be ok even tho I wasn’t sure if it was. I can’t thank the wonderful staff for there kindness. Best lawyer firm I have had to deal with ever. Highly refer!!

Sept 23 last year I used this firm for a adult child disability claim for a severe disabled person named paul berkeley . They had a intake lady sign me up named freedia..7 months prior to my SSI osdr hearing they never contacted me are my care taker to get to no me and my mental . The day before my hearing they Brooks lawgroup couldn't tell me the name of the lawyer who was going to be at the hearing are if one was going to be there. I was dumbfounded to say the least.
IT took 22 months to se a OSDR HEARING JUDGE . I firmly believe they only wanted the 6000 SSI pays ouaret of my money . The lawyer they sent was a car wreck attorney who did not have the experience in SSI cases . During the hearing I told the osdr judge that I wanted to fire this lawyer with Brooks law group on the spot . The lawyer with Brooks law group had the odyssey to day I'm luckey I have him . He new nothing about my case are me and couldn't answer the judges questions . He didn't have all the records needed and a lot of my records were missing that I gave to Brooks lawgroup in winter haven Florida. That preponderance of evidence I had was overwhelming to win my case . The lawyer didn't fight for my offset date and didn't care when my disability began which is a big part of your back pay for SSDI CASES

Extremely condescending SS disability intake person. Knows NOTHING of multiple neurologic conditions. Couldn't even spell one of my conditions.
