I was not at all satisfied with him as a lawyer... Kevin has a lack of communication with clients or their family... I hired him for a simple technical violation of felony probation.. once in court he said state was offering me 2 yrs hse arrest followed by 2 years community control.. I had violated 18 month probation sentence, after completing 16 of the 18 months successfully... violation was because I forgot to report And hadn’t paid fines and fees.. only to be offered 2/2 ... he came back once I declined offer and said 2 yrs community control... the issue is HOUSE ARESST IS COMMUNITY CONTROL!!! He is not worth the money... I’ve had wayyyyy better lawyers by far!!! Please BEWARE!!!

Kevin P. Cox is the worst attorney ever. I wouldn't even give him 1 star. He was hired for a very simple issue. The judge made an offer of diversion and we did not want to take it so we hired Kevin. The first hearing after hiring him he didn't even bother to show up or call. Then at the jury selection he tells the judge that we would take diversion! What did we pay him for??? NOTHING! He simply takes your money and does NOTHING. Beware of this man!
