These comments strictly pertain to their recent television ad. Surprised you would lower yourselves to call people "stupid idiots". Other more mature descriptors could have been used. Comes off as quite immature.

I was bummed out after interviewing several other local law offices and none of them wanted to take on my case because I wasn’t dead, paralyzed, or had visible scarring. When I first called, I got to speak to Tri and I thought he was going to be the one to take over my case. Turned out, that I got Spencer Pastorin- a mellow guy who didn’t get upset or pissy when I had directed anger towards him during my painful days. He’s organized, thorough, and can dumb things down per se if you ask him to. I only wish he would remember more personal details, be more understanding and willing to listen when pain is legitimate, but hey, he’s got more clients than me. Wish there was more of a plan of action for after, what to do, post-settlement if and when issues were to arise again. Ms. Vicki, his assistant, is the best when he’s not around to talk to! I would definitely go back if something were to happen again- let’s hope I don’t have to relive any of this again!

After being injured by a careless driver, I contacted Spencer Pastorin at Howell and Thornhill. He began by giving valuable "next step" advice in our first phone conversation. Spencer went toe-to-toe with the insurance companies and helped me through the maze of PIP rules and requirements. This would have been difficult to impossible to do on my own. After less than one year, in addition to having all but a small portion of my medical costs paid, I received a settlement that was generous and fair. Don't even consider going it alone if you find yourself in a similar situation. The rules are not even close to favoring the victims of

Tri Thornhill is a very good Attorney

Have never actually used their services, but I cater their lunch every week and they are extremely nice. They have a lovely bird sanctuary inside their building.
