I had a case with them last year. They didnt take it to courr because they said we wouldn't win, even though the other person was completely at fault, without insurance and totaled our car. I even had ended up with herniated discs in my neck and back. They referred me to a chiropractor. They did help, but charged me A LOT of money even with my insurance. The money you get covers the legal fees, the chiropractor, and if you're lucky you have some left over. At the end I got about $9,000. Now a year later, I am receiving letters from the chiropractor saying that I owe them about $4,000, even though I was assured everything would be handled by them.
Also my case was transferred to another person without my knowledge.

Over all they got the job done, but I think it could have been handled a lot better. I'm not entirely satisfied with the results.

I just started a case with them about 5 months ago. They had suggested chiropractors that I should go to and forwarded them all of my information they also suggested an orthopedic doctor that I should go to and forwarded my information as well. I have never had a problem with any of my appointments that they have set up and every time that I go into the office everyone is super nice and courteous. I don't know what the outcome is going to be on my lawsuit but either way the employees are very nice.
